Skull cap | Welding Cap sizes

​Our sizes are based on the true USA sizing of 'Inches'. Meaning, if the circumference on your head is 23 1/2" then our caps are made to that size.

Cap Length

We offer 5 different lengths of cap, being 6 1/2" Short | 7" Standard | 7 1/2" Long | 8" Extra Long | Custom Length

 

Fabric Differences

Different fabric types can create a slightly different fit in each size. Meaning thicker fabric will/ can be a little tighter fit than a thinner fabric, however we do try to take this variance into account on each item we make for you.
